How do I book direct?
Send us your dates through the Book Direct page or contact form — we'll confirm availability and the best rate.
Can I also book on Airbnb or Vrbo?
Yes — we're available on both platforms. Booking direct typically saves you platform fees.
Are taxes and cleaning fees included?
Vermont lodging tax and a cleaning fee are added to all bookings; totals are shown before confirming.
What is the cancellation policy?
